Fees

For rehearsal and day-of coordination:

I charge an hourly fee. $50 an hour for the rehearsal and $75 an hour for the day-of coordination. You set the hours that you need me.

Should you need a second coordinator on the day of your wedding to handle oversight at a second location, such as one coordinator at the ceremony and one at the reception, the second coordinator is $50 per hour.

For initial meetings and consultation:

They are done at no charge. We offer up to three meetings for free – typically an initial consultation to discuss what you are looking for, a second meeting to take a look at the venues, and a third meeting to lock down a timeline. You can also have as many phone conversations and email exchanges as you would like, also at no charge.
