- Coordinate rehearsal before the ceremony.

- Full coordination the day of the event including:

- Coordinate and oversee all vendors the day of the event to ensure that everything is set up as requested. This may include rentals, caterer, baker, florist, valet, photographer, videographer, band/DJ, as well as the venue(s).

- Handle set up prior to the wedding and reception of miscellaneous items such as guest book/picture, programs, candles or other items for ceremony, table cards and table numbers, favors, cake knife/server, toasting glasses.

- Arrange any special seating at the ceremony.

- Work with florist to make sure everyone has their personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres) prior to picture taking.

- Work with DJ/Band and Photographer/Videographer to ensure they are prepared for Introduction of the Couple, all special dances, bouquet/garter toss, etc.

- Give advance notice to parents and wedding party regarding upcoming toasts and dances.

- Work with caterer to ensure that food is served properly and on time.

- Work with baker to make sure the cake is set up in the proper place and on time; get cake topper back to you after the reception.

- Give final checks to vendors (those who require final payment the day of the event).

- Ensure that gifts make it into the car of whomever will be taking them from the reception.
